State Cuts Prisoner Spending!

An escaped criminal was recently removed from tax-payer concerns by state authorities. While further investigation of events is pending, it does appear that, while not voluntary, the escapee did arm himself in an attempt to warrant lethal force on the part of executive branch representatives on the local level.
